Chief Lapu Lapu

You will fall in love with this Chief Lapu Lapu if you love tropical rum drinks. This beautiful beachy cocktail mixes white rum, dark rum, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit purée, and simple syrup, and will please anybody who loves sipping in the sun.

CHIEF LAPU LAPU
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Orange Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Passion Fruit Puree
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Orange Wedge/Pineapple Leaves

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled shaking glass add rums, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit puree and simple syrup. Shake well.
2. Add crushed ice to serving glass and strain mix over.
3. Garnish with pineapple leaves and an orange wedge.
