Calling all mixologists: You need to check out this Chiharu... The Martini of a Thousand Springs cocktail. This crazy mixology cocktail combines gin, lychee liqueur, plum wine, and lemon oil mist for one of the lightest, lycheeist mixology mixed drinks we've ever tried. Garnish with pickled cherry blossom flowers and a lemon twist to make it look as good as it tastes.

CHIHARU...THE MARTINI OF A THOUSAND SPRINGS
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
2 oz. (60ml) Lychee Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Plum Wine
Lemon Oil Mist
Garnish: Pickled Cherry Blossom Flowers, Lemon Twist

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, lychee liqueur, and plum wine. Stir well.
2. Strain mix into a martini glass and drop in some pickled cherry blossom flowers from tea.
3. Spray some lemon oil mist and garnish with a lemon twist.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
