0.5 cup
Heavy whipping cream

0.5 cup

Preparation

Start by cutting the brownies into chunks

Place in a bowl and pour the baileys on top and leave to soak

In a separate bowl whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks,

then slowly drizzle 3 /4 of the chocolate and 2 tbsp of baileys in, fold gently together

In two serving glasses add a layer of the soaked brownies,

followed by a spoon of the cream, then more brownies and finished with a layer of cream on top

Drizzle the leftover melted chocolate,

an extra dash of baileys and a sprinkle of chopped nuts

Serve straight up,
