This tipsy Chocolate Brownie Bailey's Pot is one of the best dessert cocktail recipes out there. This little boozy, chewy treat combines melted dark chocolate chips, whipped cream, Bailey's, and hazelnuts for what amounts to a boozy chocolate sundae that'll explode with sweet flavors in your mouth.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES BAILEY'S POTS
(Serves 2)
½ cup dark chocolate chips melted
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup Baileys
2-3 chocolate brownies
To Serve:
1 tbsp Chopped hazelnuts

PREPARATION
1. Start by cutting the brownies into chunks. Place in a bowl and pour the baileys on top and leave to soak.
2. In a separate bowl whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, then slowly drizzle 3 /4 of the chocolate and 2 tbsp of baileys in, fold gently together.
3. In two serving glasses add a layer of the soaked brownies, followed by a spoon of the cream, then more brownies and finished with a layer of cream on top.
4. Drizzle the leftover melted chocolate, an extra dash of baileys and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
5. Serve straight up, or you can leave to chill for 2 hours in the fridge.
