Chocolate Colada

The Chocolate Colada is honestly the best dessert twist on the classic piña colada. This chocolate cocktail mixes up chocolate vodka, dark créme de cacao, piña colada mix, and chocolate ice cream. Top it all off with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a cherry if you want to make this drink a full-on boozy dessert.

CHOCOLATE COLADA
2 oz. (60ml) Chocolate Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Dark Créme De Cacao
1 oz. Pina Colada Mix
4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Chocolate Shavings, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Add chocolate ice cream to blender and pour over chocolate vodka, creme de cacao and pina colada mix. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour mix into glass and top with whipped cream, cherry and chocolate shavings.
