This tropical, fruity rum-based cocktail mixes up white rum, creme de banana, Amaretto, coconut rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, vanilla ice cream, and bananas for a drink that tastes like an island vacation in your mouth. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, banana slices, and an umbrella to max out those chill island vibes.
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Creme De Banana
1/2 oz. (15ml) Amaretto
1/2 oz. (15ml) Coconut Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Ripe Banana
Garnish: Toasted Coconut Flakes/Banana Slice/Umbrella
1. Rim edge of glass lightly in cream of coconut before dipping in toasted coconut flakes. Set aside.
2. Add ice cream, banana, white rum, coconut rum, creme de banana, amaretto, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and a handful of ice to blender. Combine until smooth.
3. Pour mix into prepared glass and garnish with a banana slice and umbrella.
