Master mixologist Brian Klemm came up with this Coco Cola Dora, which is a variation on the Floradora. Mix up rum, lime juice, Angostura bitters, cinnamon grenadine, coconut ginger syrup, and club soda for a fizzy one-off cocktail that's as sweet as it is refreshing.
COCO-COLA DORA
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
½ oz. (15ml) Cinnamon Grenadine
¼ oz. (7ml) Coconut Ginger Syrup
Club Soda
Garnish: Lime Wedge, Pomegranate Seeds
PREPARATION
1. Combine rum, lime juice, bitters, cinnamon grenadine, and coconut ginger syrup in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Fill a collins glass with crushed ice and pour in a splash of club soda.
3. Strain the mix over and garnish with a lime wedge and pomegranate seeds.
