Coconut Cream Martini

Keep the island dreams alive with this Coconut Cream Martini. This beautiful, velvety smooth cream-tini contains coconut vodka, half & half, cream of coconut, and honey. Garnish with coconut flakes and a cherry for more color and crunchiness.

COCONUT CREAM MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Half & Half
1 Tbsp Cream of Coconut
Honey
Coconut Flakes
Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass in honey and coconut flakes. Set aside.
2. In an ice filled glass combine coconut vodka, half and half and cream of coconut. Shake well until cream of coconut dissolves.
3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with cherry.
