This crazy little glass of tangy slush combines tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and cream of coconut for a thoroughly enjoyable tropical sipper. Garnish with coarse salt, lime zest, and a lime wheel for maximum vitamin C goodness.
COCONUT LIME FROZEN MARGARITA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Cointreau
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
3 oz. (90ml) Cream Of Coconut
Rim: Coarse Salt, Lime Zest
Garnish: Lime Wheel
1. Rim edge of glass with lime juice and salt/lime zest mix. Set aside.
2. Add ice, tequila, cointreau, lime juice and cream of coconut to a blender and combine until smooth.
3. Pour mix into dressed glass and garnish with lime.
