The Coconut Lychee Colada is so dang delicious you'll starting having these bad boys instead of dessert on the regular. This extremely tasty tropical cocktail combines rum, coconut water, coconut cream, and lychee fruit for a light, refreshing drink that tastes like a beach vacation in your mouth. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes and a cherry to maximize that island drink goodness.
COCONUT LYCHEE COLADA
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Rum
4 oz. (120ml) Coconut Water
8 oz. (240ml) Coconut Cream
Garnish: Lime Wedge/Lychee
1. Add ice, lychees, rum, coconut milk and coconut cream to blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Pour mix into serving glass and garnish with a lychee and lime wedge.
