Coconut Pineapple Float

This boozy Coconut Pineapple Float is just as incredible as it sounds. This fun, tropical drink mixes up coconut rum, pineapple rum, coconut ice cream, and frozen pineapple chunks for a drink that has an amazing flavor profile and texture. Garnish with a cherry to make this already gorgeous little pineapple drink even sexier.

COCONUT PINEAPPLE FLOAT
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
Scoop of Coconut Ice Cream
Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Garnish: Cherry

PREPARATION:
1. Combine Rums and frozen pineapple chunks in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour mix into a glass and top with a scoop of coconut ice cream.
3. Garnish with a cherry.
