COCONUT PINEAPPLE MIMOSA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Coconut Rum
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Pineapple Juice
Champagne
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry
PREPARATION
1. Add coconut rum to base of glass before pouring over pineapple juice. Stir lightly.
2. Top with champagne.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
