Coffee Root Beer Float

This Coffee Root Beer Float combines coffee flavors, booze, and root beer, so yeah, it'll probably be your new favorite dessert cocktail. This super tasty mixed drink contains coffee liqueur, root beer, and coffee ice cream for a drink that'll have you buzzed and wired in the best ways possible. Garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles if you want to kick the sweetness up a bit.

COFFEE ROOT BEER FLOAT
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Root Beer
1 Scoop Coffee Ice Cream
Garnish: Chocolate Syrup/Chocolate Sprinkles

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of champagne flute with chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles.
2. Drizzle a small amount of chocolate sauce into base of glass and add a small scoop of ice cream on top.
3. Pour over coffee liqueur and top with root beer.
4. Garnish with more ice cream and chocolate syrup.
