CUCUMBER RASPBERRY MOJITO
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Raspberry Liqueur
Prosecco/Champagne
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
5 Cucumber Slices
10 Mint Leaves
10 Raspberries

PREPARATION
1. Muddle raspberries, mint leaves and cucumber slices with simple syrup and lime juice. Add ice, coconut rum and raspberry liqueur. Shake well.
2. Add ice to serving glass and strain mix inside. Garnish with raspberries, mint leaves and cucumber ribbon.
