  1. Attach mini bottle to skewer with tape. Cut a piece of red cellophane into a rectangle and fold in half. Wrap cellophane around the bottle and secure in place with more tape.
  2. Use floral tape to conceal skewer, adding a leaf or two as you go. Arrange in vase.
