DIY IRISH CREAM FUDGE SAUCE
4 oz. (120ml) Irish Cream
2 oz. (60ml) Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

PREPARATION
1. Combine irish cream, cocoa powder and corn syrup in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
2. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Pour into glass container and store in refrigerator.
3. Use hot and cold over desserts, ice cream etc!
