Directions

  1. Very gently over a low heat, combine rose and sugar until combined. Add gelatin and leave to cool. (Do not overheat or you will burn off the alcohol.)
  2. Once cooled, add vodka and stir. Add food coloring now if desired. Pour mix into gummy bear mold and refrigerate until solid.
  3. Once set, remove from mold and serve.
