Don The Beachcomber’s Zombie

This Don The Beachcomber's Zombie is one of the craziest Puerto Rican rum drinks out there. This super tasty rum cocktail mixes up brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, Gold Puerto Rican rum, 151 Proof Demerara rum, white Puerto Rican rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and angostura bitters for a drink you will never forget. Garnish with a mint sprig for some extra, refreshing Puerto Rican goodness. DON THE BEACHCOMBER'S ZOMBIE 1 tsp. Brown Sugar 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Gold Puerto Rican Rum 1 oz. (30ml) 151 Proof Demerara Rum (from Guyana) 1 oz. (30ml) White Puerto Rican Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Unsweetened Pineapple Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz. Dissolve the brown sugar in the lemon juice. Add this and all other ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker. 2. Shake and strain into a collins glass. 3. Garnish with a mint sprig. 4.
