Don’t Miss a Beet

The Don't Miss a Beet is another incredible cocktail from master mixologist Brian Klemm. This gorgeous gin mixed drink combines lemon juice, beet juice, yogurt, simple syrup, ginger juice, and gin, and tastes like a sweet and creamy cocktail unlike any other. Garnish this bad boy with a lemon peel and mint to add some zesty aromas that'll help bring out all the unique flavors of this drink.

DON’T MISS A BEET
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Gin
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Beet Juice
3-4 Bar spoons Yogurt
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
2 Bar spoons Pressed Ginger Juice
Garnish: Lemon Peel, Mint

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine gin, lemon juice, beet juice, simple syrup, ginger, and yogurt. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with mint and a lemon peel.
