Dragonberry Delight

The Dragon Berry Delight cocktail is guaranteed to be a hit with anybody who tries it 'cause it's so damn tasty. This beautiful berry cocktail mixes up strawberry liqueur, dragon fruit rum, lime juice, and lemon lime soda, and is unbelievably refreshing despite its potency. Garnish with dragon fruit and strawberries to up the fruity cocktail factor.

DRAGON BERRY DELIGHT
1 oz. (30ml) Strawberry Liqueur
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Dragon Fruit Rum
½ oz. (15m) Lime Juice
2 oz. (60ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Garnish: Dragon Fruit, Strawberries

PREPARATION
1. Muddle strawberry in glass. Add strawberry slices and strawberry liqueur.
2. Add ice halfway up your glass before adding some dragon fruit balls. Add more ice.
3. Pour dragon fruit rum, lime juice and lemon-lime soda.
4. Garnish with strawberry slices, dragon fruit balls and whole strawberry.
