DUBLIN ICED COFFEE
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Irish Whiskey
2 oz. (60ml) Guiness
2 oz. (60ml) Cold Brew Coffee
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15ml) Heavy Cream
Garnish: Grated Cinnamon

PREPARATION
1. Add ice, coffee, guinness, whiskey and simple syrup to highball glass.
2. Pour cream gently so it sinks into coffee and garnish with cinnamon.
