For a crazy delicious twist on the classic French 75, you have to check out this Elderflower French 75. This super tasty gin cocktail mixes up elderflower liqueur, prosecco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin, and tastes sweet and refreshing. Also, this bad boy looks damn classy in a champagne flute with a lemon twist garnish.
ELDERFLOWER FRENCH 75
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
1 oz. (30ml) Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz. (60ml) Prosecco
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
Splash Simple Syrup
Garnish: Lemon Twist
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to mixing glass and shake until combined and chilled.
2. Strain mix into base of champagne flute and top with prosecco.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
