Electric Kiwi Margarita

The Electric Kiwi Margarita is one of the prettiest twists on the classic Margarita of all time — seriously, if you don't believe us, just make it for yourself. This beautiful tequila drink mixes up tequila (of course), melon liqueur, sweet & sour, lime juice, kiwi, blue curacao, and blue sugar, and looks like it's from another damn planet. ELECTRIC KIWI MARGARITA 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Tequila 1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur 1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice Kiwi Splash Blue Curaçao Blue Sugar PREPARATION 1. Rim edge or margarita glass using corn syrup and blue sugar. Set aside. 2. Muddle kiwi slices in the base of the rimmed glass. 3. In a blender, combine tequila, Midori melon liqueur, Sweet & Sour, lime juice, and kiwi slices. Add ice and blend until smooth. 4. Pour mix into serving glass and drizzle blue Curaçao. Garnish with a kiwi slice DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
