Electric Smurf

The Electric Smurf is one of those drinks that you can bust out with when you want to impress all your friends with a little beautiful cocktail. This coconut rum cocktail mixes up coconut rum (duh), blue curacao, pineapple rum, pineapple juice, and lemon lime soda, and tastes just as good as it looks. Garnish this blue beauty with a pineapple wedge and cherry for a few extra nibbles of fruity deliciousness.

ELECTRIC SMURF
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curaçao
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
2 oz. (60ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled shaker add coconut rum, pineapple rum and pineapple juice. Shake to combine.
2. Pour mix into ice filled serving glass and top with lemon lime soda.
3. Drizzle blue curaçao on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
