Emerald City

This Emerald City cocktail is a green tropical cocktail that'll beach life your brains out. This delicious vodka and rum cocktail mixes up orange vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and blue raspberry juice, and tastes like a little slice of fruity, boozy heaven. Garnish with an orange wedge to max out those fruity cocktail vibes.

EMERALD CITY
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Orange Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
2 oz. (60ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Raspberry Juice
Garnish: Orange Wedge

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled glass combine orange vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice and blue raspberry juice. Shake vigorously to combine and create foam.
2. Pour ice into glass and strain mix on top.
3. Garnish with an orange wedge.
