Preparation

To an ice filled glass combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup

Shake and strain into shot glasses

Dip lime slice in salt and place on top of shot glass

Place a sugar cube on the centre of lime slice and pour a dash of 151 on top

Light the sugar cube

Once caramelized, blow out the flame

Fold the lime slice dropping both that and the sugar cube into the shot
