Flaming Strawberry

This Flaming Strawberry cocktail is one of those mixology cocktails that all of you pros have to try out. This gorgeous rum mixed drink combines rum, créme de banana, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, strawberries, angostura bitters, and 151 proof rum, and will impress everybody with its combination of frozen and flaming features. FLAMING STRAWBERRY 2 oz. (60ml) Rum 1/2 oz. (15ml) Créme de Banana 1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 2 Strawberries Angostura Bitters Bacardi 151 Garnish: Pineapple Leaves, Flaming Lime Cup PREPARATION 1. Muddle Strawberries in a glass and spray angostura bitters. Add ingredients and shake thoroughly with ice. 2. Strain into serving glass and garnish with pineapple leaves. 3. Drop in a hollowed lime shell and add Bacardi 151. Light and sprinkle cinnamon.
