Flying Blue Bird

For all of your beginner mixologists out there, we have this Flying Blue Bird from master cocktail maker Charity Johnston. This gorgeous gin drink mixes up lavender syrup, yuzu juice, luxardo maraschino liqueur, gin, and viola flowers, and it's just as beautiful as it is tasty. FLYING BLUE BIRD 2oz. (60ml) Gin 3/4oz. (22ml) Lavender Syrup 3/4oz. (22ml) Yuzu Juice 1/2oz. (15ml) Luxardo Maraschino liqueur Garnish: 3 Viola Flowers PREPARATION 1. In a glass, combine ingredients. Add ice and shake well. 2.
