FRENCH MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Raspberry Liqueur
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Lemon Peel
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice to a mixing glass. Stir well.
2. Strain mix into martini glass and squeeze oil from lemon peel into drink before dropping in as garnish.
