Frozen Peach Bellini

People hungry for a great twist on the classic bellini cocktail need to check out this Frozen Peach Bellini. This sweet and tangy cocktail combines Peach Schnapps, Prosecco, and mango nectar, and is garnished with some frozen peach slices for extra slushy cocktail goodness.

FROZEN PEACH BELLINI
2 oz. (60ml) Peach Schnapps
1 Bottle Prosecco
6 oz. (180ml) Mango Nectar
3 Cups Frozen Peach Slices

PREPARATION
1. Combine peach slices, peach schnapps and mango nectar in blender until smooth.
2. Pour mixture halfway into glass and top with prosecco.
3. Garnish with peach slices.
