Put a super-sweet slushy cocktail in a fresh coconut cup and you get the magnificent Frozen Pink Bikini. This awesome pink cocktail mixes up coconut rum, amaretto, pink lemonade, and raspberries, and is garnished with raspberries and a little cocktail umbrella to maximize the tropical cocktail vibes.
FROZEN PINK BIKINI
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Amaretto
2 oz. (60ml) Pink Lemonade
Garnish: Raspberries, Cocktail Umbrella
1. Crack a coconut in half. Set aside.
2. In a blender with ice, combine coconut rum, amaretto, pink lemonade, and raspberries. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
3. Pour mix into one of the coconut halves.
4. Garnish with raspberries and a cocktail umbrella.
