Here's another insanely intricate one-off cocktail from an expert mixologist. It's the Frozen Ramos Gin Fizz, and it's basically a totally wild, gin-infused ice cream. It includes gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, cream, orange water, and yes, an egg white — stop being frightened of those! The best part of this drink (or ice cream?) is that it's frozen thanks to some smoky liquid nitrogen.

FROZEN RAMOS GIN FIZZ
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30ml) Cream
1 Egg White
3 drops Orange Water
Liquid Nitrogen
Garnish: Orange Peel, Mint Sprig

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients minus liquid nitrogen. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a metal bowl and pour in liquid nitrogen, stirring frequently until frozen and slushy.
3. Spoon frozen mix into serving glass.
4. Wrap an orange peel around mint sprigs and place on the drink as garnish.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
