Preparation

Prepare the Jello mix by heating tonic water

Add blue jello mix and unflavored gelatin

Let the mix cool

Add vodka and coconut rum

Stir well

Pour the jello mix into a ghost mold, over a tray

Place the mold in the fridge to harden

Once firm, use black icing to color the eyes and mouth
