Grapefruit Jalapeño Martini

Spicy cocktail lovers need to prepare themselves for this Grapefruit Jalapeño Martini 'cause it is a delicious beast of a cocktail! This pretty pink cocktail combines vodka, lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, sparkling grapefruit juice, and chili powder, and is rimmed with salt and jalapeño slices for some extra sweet and spicy mixed drink goodness.

GRAPEFRUIT JALAPEÑO MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Splash Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
Chili Powder
Rim: Salt
Garnish: Jalapeño Slices

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass with lime juice and chili salt mixture. Set aside.
2. To an ice filled glass combine vodka and jalapeño slices and shake well. Strain mix into martini glass.
3. Top with sparkling grapefruit juice and garnish with jalapeño slices.
