HAPPY COLADA
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Blue Curacao
6 oz. (180ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash Cream of Coconut
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over coconut rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and cream of coconut. Shake well to combine and chill.
2. Strain mix over ice into serving glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
