Preparation

Rim edge of glass in lemon juice and sugar

Set aside

Drop the pineapple into the base of a mixing glass and muddle well

Add ice to glass and pour over light rum, overproof rum, honey syrup and lemon juice

Shake well to mix

Fill garnished glass with crushed ice and strain mix inside

This beautiful tropical mixed drink combines light rum, overproof rum, honey syrup, lemon juice, and pineapple chunks. It's also rimmed and garnished with sugar, mint sprig, and a flower for some of those extra beach drink vibes.
HAWAIIAN HONEY BEE
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Overproof Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Honey Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
4 Pieces of Pineapple
Garnish: Sugar Rim/Mint Sprig/Flower
PREPARATION
