Honeydew Martini

People looking for an awesome melon ball cocktail will definitely want to check out this Honeydew Martini. This wild green vodka mixed drink combines melon liqueur, Triple Sec, champagne, fresh lime juice, honeydew melon purée, and of course, a skewer of melon balls.

HONEYDEW MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
Splash Champagne
3/4 oz. (22ml) Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Honeydew Melon Puree
Garnish: Melon Ball/Mint Leaf

PREPARATION
1. Blend honeydew melon in a blender then pass through a strainer to catch juice.
2. To an ice filled glass combine the melon juice, vodka, melon liqueur, triple sec and fresh lime juice. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into martini glass and top with a splash of champagne. Garnish with melon balls.
