Hula Kula

Ladies and gentlemen, this Hula Kula cocktail is an absolute gem of a tropical cocktail. This tropical rum drink combines rum (duh), passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, simple syrup, lemon juice, and an egg white. It's also garnished with a flower to max out those beachy cocktail vibes.

HULA KULA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Liqueur
3 oz. (90ml) Passion Fruit Puree
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup ,
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Ice
Garnish: Flower

PREPARATION
1. Add ice, rum, passion fruit liqueur, passionfruit puree, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white to shaking glass and shake until combined.
2. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a flower.
