Ice Cream Martini

This Ice Cream Martini is one of the most beautiful pink dessert cocktails in existence, we promise. This awesome vodka ice cream mixed drink combines white chocolate liqueur, strawberry liqueur, strawberry ice cream, and vodka, and is rimmed and garnished with coarse sugar and a strawberry to round out this wild sweet drink recipe.

ICE CREAM MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Strawberry Liqueur
3 Scoops Strawberry Ice Cream
Rim: Coarse Sugar
Garnish: Strawberry

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass in coarse sugar.
2. To an ice filled glass add vodka, white chocolate liqueur and strawberry liqueur. Shake well to combine.
3. Add three scoops of strawberry ice cream to martini glass and pour mix over top.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.
