IRISH COFFEE JELLO SHOTS
(Makes 8)
Bottom Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Irish Whiskey
3 oz. (90ml) Coffee Liqueur
8 oz. (240ml) Hot Water
2 Packets Gelatin
Top Layer:
4 oz. (120ml) Irish Cream
4 oz. (120ml) Hot Water
1 Envelope Gelatin

PREPARATION
1. To create bottom layer add gelatin to hot water and allow to bloom. Stir well.
2. Add irish whiskey and coffee liqueur and stir. Pour mixtures 3/4’s of the way into plastic shot glass and place in refrigerator to set.
3. To create top layer, once again add gelatin to hot water and leave to bloom before adding irish cream. Stir well.
4. Once bottom layer is fully set, pour irish cream jello mix on top and place in refrigerator until set.
