IRISH COFFEE SHOTS
1 Part Irish Whiskey
1 Part Coffee Liqueur
Heavy Cream

PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled shaker combine irish whiskey and coffee liqueur. Shake well to mix.
2. Strain mix 3 quarters of the way into shot glass then gently layer heavy cream on top.
