Irish Cream Float

The Irish Cream Float is one of those dessert cocktails that is guaranteed to satisfy folks with a sweet tooth. This incredible chocolate cocktail mixes up Irish cream, coffee, and chocolate ice cream, and is garnished with chocolate syrup and a cherry for some extra sundae mixed drink goodness.

IRISH CREAM FLOAT
3 oz. (90ml) Irish Cream
8 oz. (240ml) Coffee
Chocolate Ice Cream
Garnish: Chocolate Syrup/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Add irish cream to base of glass and place a few scoops of chocolate ice cream on top.
2. Pour over coffee and garnish with chocolate sauce and a cherry.
