Island Henny

This Island Henny is one of the most beautiful tropical layered cocktails out there, we promise. This tasty coconut rum cocktail combines Island Punch Pucker, blue curacao, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Hennessy, and is even garnished with a miniature Hennessy bottle. Seriously though, if you want to make a seriously beautiful tropical mixed drink, you have to check out this bad boy. ISLAND HENNY 1/2 oz. (15ml) Island Punch Pucker 1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curaçao 1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum 3 oz. (90ml) Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice 3/4 oz. (22ml) Hennessy Garnish: Mini Hennessy Bottle PREPARATION 1. Fill your serving glass with ice and pour in Island punch pucker and blue curaçao. 2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Shake well. 3. Strain yellow mix over blue mix and top with a layer of Hennessy 4. Garnish with a mini Hennessy bottle. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
