Jade Martini

You have to check out this Jade Martini if you're looking for a dessert cocktail twist on the classic martini. This beautiful green mixed drink combines coconut rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice, and is rimmed and garnished with sugar, an orange slice, and a cherry for some extra sweet drink goodness.

JADE MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Melon Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
Rim: Sugar
Garnish: Orange Slice, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of your glass with sugar. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
