Despite the Jamaican Quaalude's name, this crazy little rum cocktail will most definitely not put you to sleep. To make this bad boy, combine coffee liqueur, coconut rum, Irish cream, amaretto, Frangelico, half & half, and some nutmeg, and bang, you have one of the best creamy beach cocktails on the planet.
JAMAICAN QUAALUDE
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Irish Cream
1/2 oz. (15ml) Amaretto
1/2 oz. (15ml) Frangelico
1 oz. (30ml) Half & Half
Garnish: Nutmeg/Cherry
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over ingredients. Shake well to combine.
2. Strain mix over ice into serving glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and a cherry.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
