Jolly Rancher Lemon Drop

This Jolly Rancher Lemon Drop is one of the most beautiful bright green dessert cocktails we've ever seen! This wild apple vodka cocktail combines lemon juice, simple syrup, and apple vodka, and is rimmed and garnished with some sugar and an apple slice for extra apple dessert drink goodness.

JOLLY RANCHER LEMON DROP
2 oz. (60ml) Apple Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Sugar Rim/Apple Slice

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of martini glass with lemon juice and sugar. Set aside.
2. In an ice filled glass combine apple vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and garnish with an apple slice.
