Kahuna Sour

This Kahuna Sour is one of the best yellow tropical cocktails out there, trust us. This beachy mixed drink beauty combines light rum, lime juice, passion fruit purée, falernum syrup, and simple syrup, and is garnished with a pineapple wedge and cherry for extra fruity booze goodness.

KAHUNA SOUR
2 oz. (60ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Puree
1/2 oz. (15ml) Falernum Syrup
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaking glass and shake well until chilled.
2. Fill serving glass with crushed ice and strain mix over. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
