Key Lime Margarita

KEY LIME MARGARITA
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
1/2 oz. (15ml) Key Lime Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Sweet & Sour
Rim: Blue Sugar
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Lime Wheel

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of a margarita glass using a lime wedge and blue sugar. Set aside.
2. Combine tequila, triple sec, key lime liqueur, and sweet & sour in a blender with ice. Add whipped cream and pulse until smooth.
3. Pour the mix into the rimmed glass and top with whipped cream.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
