L.A. Cosmo

This L.A. Cosmo is a great vodka mixology drink for all of you expert drink makers out there. To make this awesome mixology martini recipe, combine vodka, orange liqueur, raspberry syrup, an egg white, lemon juice, and orange zest, and after doing all that mixology magic, you'll have one of the tastiest citrus cocktails ever.

L.A. COSMO
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz. (22ml) Raspberry Syrup
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Orange Zest

PREPARATION
1. Combine vodka, orange liqueur, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker and shake well.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. strain mix into a glass and express an orange peel.
4. Place manicured orange peel the edge of the glass for garnish.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
