La Paloma Peda

This La Paloma Peda is an incredible mixology twist on the classic Paloma. This awesome Mezcal mixology recipe combines lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, mezcal, Campari, and an egg white, and is honestly one of the best Mezcal drink recipes we've ever tried.

LA PALOMA PEDA
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Mezcal
¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
½ oz. (15ml) Campari
1 Egg White
Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

PREPARATION
1. Combine Mezcal, Lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, campari, and an egg white in a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a highball glass over ice.
3. Zest and drop in a grapefruit peel for garnish.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
